ASUOP Arts & Entertainment is the premier event production group in the City of Stockton. Having been awarded "Best Event of the Year" by the Stockton Record two years in a row (Wayne Brady & Friends 2001 & CAKE: In Concert 2002), Arts & Entertainment entertains, educates, and enriches the University of the Pacific and the City of Stockton by bringing diverse events to our community.

Planning concerts, lectures, festivals, film series, and off-campus trips to various regions in California, Arts & Entertainment offers a comprehensive calendar of events and activities for the Pacific community. Comprised of a commissioner and an event planning staff, Arts & Entertainment works constantly to make student life at Pacific the best possible. Our mission is to enhance the social, cultural, and educational aspects of student life while expanding students knowledge and building leadership skills
Arts & Entertainment is dedicated to producing unique and original events for a diverse audience. We are the architects, we are the producers. All of our energy, direction, and imagination are focused on the process of moving you.
The ASUOP Lecture Series
The Associated Students brings to the City of Stockton some of the most prominent people of our time as they address the ideas and values that impact our world. These unique programs offer diverse perspectives on writing, criticism, the arts, and the way we view the present world we live in. By doing so, ASUOP entertains, educates, and enriches both the University of the Pacific and the City of Stockton.
Recent events include Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Michael Moore, Spike Lee, Alice Walker, Wynton Marsalis, Nikki Giovanni, Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, Margaret Cho, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, Terry Gross, Wayne Brady, Bishop John Shelby Spong, Terry McMillan, Jaime Escalante, Herman Boone, Morris Dees, Dr. Panos Zavos, and David Sedaris.
